Uploaded content: When you upload persona images or other media, we store that content to provide the Service. We do not use your uploaded images to train AI models without your explicit consent.

Billing information: Payment transactions are processed by Stripe. We store your subscription tier and billing status but do not store full payment card details.

Communications: If you contact us for support or sign up for notifications, we collect your email address and message content.

ClickAlchemy may use YouTube API Services to enhance your experience. Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

By using YouTube-related features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge that YouTube data is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. You may revoke ClickAlchemy's access to your YouTube data at any time via your Google security settings.

We retain your account data and generated content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records).

We use essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We may use analytics to understand how the Service is used. We do not use advertising cookies or sell tracking data.
